In the top right corner of Contest Explorer you find the button called Special. Click Special, select Swiss and then the contest type (pair or team). The normal contest settings are entered with two exceptions:
- Only one section is allowed at Swiss
- You can not specify total number of boards
As usual you can select to close preparations before or after you enter names.
