When using Pivot Mitchell the phantom pair is fixed at the highest table as North-South. When you select the movement, Magic Contest assigns the phantom pair automatically.

If a new pair arrives and you select Contest menu > Undo Close preparations and select Filled-out Pivot Mitchell, Magic Contest automatically changes that pair into an existing pair.
